Dr. Amy Poh Ai Ling is a Project Assistant Professor at the Department of Precision Engineering, School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, Japan. Her research focuses on sustainable manufacturing, circular economy strategies, lifecycle assessment, EV battery circularity, resource efficiency, and sustainable mobility systems. She is actively involved in interdisciplinary research and international collaborations related to decarbonization, industrial sustainability, and circular value creation in Asia. Her recent work includes lifecycle mapping and circular value retention strategies for end-of-life electric vehicle batteries, sustainable tourism governance, and low-carbon transition initiatives.

Dr. Assma EL KADDOURI holds a Ph.D. in Materials, Mechanics, and Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Electrochemistry, awarded in 2014 from the University of Grenoble. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the LEMTA (Laboratory of Energy and Theoretical and Applied Mechanics) at the University of Lorraine. Since 2015, her research has focused on proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC), particularly on the performance and durability of the polymer membranes used in these devices. Her work involves advanced characterization techniques, including Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), to gain a deeper understanding of ionomer membranes degradation phenomena and to develop strategies aimed at improving the reliability and longevity of fuel cells.

Paulo C. DE MORAIS, PhD, is currently a Full Professor at the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB) – Brazil, a position he has held since 2018. He is also an Emeritus Professor of the University of Brasilia (UnB) since 2014 and holds a CNPq-1A Research Fellowship since 2010.He is a highly distinguished physicist and nanomaterials researcher, with over 40 years of experience in the field. His research focuses on the preparation, characterization, and applications of nanosized materials, including magnetic fluid, magnetoliposomes, magnetic nanoemulsions, and quantum dots. He has published over 500 papers, garnered more than 13,500 citations, delivered over 200 international invited talks, and holds 16 patents.

Dr. Kuo-Lin Huang is an Emeritus Professor of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST), Taiwan. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Environmental Engineer from Clarkson University (USA) in 2001. His current research interests are broadly clustered in the areas of environmental and electrochemical technologies. He is particularly interested in developing electrochemical techniques for removal/degradation/remediation of pollutants, monitoring/abatement of toxic air pollutants, resource recovery, fabrication of electrodes/sensors, and proton exchange membrane fuel cells. Prof. Huang has participated in the scientific committee of several conferences and associations and serves as a reviewer in a wide range of international renowned journals and for grant proposals of some institutes in different countries. He is an author or a co-author of more than 105 papers in SCIE journals (H-index: 31 from Google Scholar and 29 from Scopus in 2025). He has been on the editorial board of Processes (Section Board for Environmental and Green Processes) since 2021. He also served as a guest editor for some special issues of two SCI journals (Environmental Science and Pollution Research and International Journal of Hydrogen Energy). He was a director of Association of Chemical Sensors in Taiwan (ACST) from 2014 to 2016 and a supervisor of Taiwan PM2.5 Control Association (PMCA) (2020–2024) and is a supervisor of Taiwan Association for Aerosol Research (TAAR) (2008–2026).

Mariam Shai is Regional Director at CBL Holding, leading large-scale real estate and urban development projects across the MENA region. With over 12 years of international experience in urban planning, architecture, policy design, and project delivery, she has worked on transformative projects across Europe, North America, UK, and the Middle East. Mariam holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy Design from Politecnico di Milano and is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University. Her expertise lies in sustainable urban development, innovation ecosystems, digital transformation, and delivering complex projects that create long-term value for cities and communities.

He has extensive experience and expertise on instrumentation and monitoring of dams, slopes, tunnels, bridges, foundations and earth structures as well as on many soil-structures interaction cases. In 1995 he was responsible for organizing the Fourth International FMGM Symposium (Field Measurements in Geomechanics) which was held in Bergamo - Italy. Since then, he has served as a permanent member of the FMGM International Advisory Committee. He has published technical papers and has hold specialized courses, lectures and workshops both in Italy and abroad on topics related to geotechnical and structural instrumentation and monitoring. He has been appointed by World Bank as consultant for the upgradation of the monitoring system of Tarbela Dam, Pakistan and is currently consulting for the monitoring system of the Rogun Dam in Tajikistan, the world highest earth dam as well as for the Jeddah Ministry of Culture for the rehabilitation of the Al Balad Historical Heritage. Is co-director of the ICGSM – International Course on Geotechnical and Structural Monitoring, started by John Dunnicliff and Paolo Mazzanti. He is currently the Convenor of the ISO-CEN TC182 - WG2 “Geotechnical investigation and testing – Geotechnical monitoring by field instrumentation” dealing with the drafting of International standards on measurements and monitoring for geotechnical applications. Master Architect Maritza Alvarado is an architect and researcher specializing in sustainable construction, circular economy, and urban regeneration. She holds a Master's in Building Regeneration (Universidad de Sevilla) and a specialization in Urban Regeneration (Poland), and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Innovation in Habitat (MUHAB) at the Universitat Politècnica de València. She is the founder of RECIPANEL, a startup developing modular construction materials from recycled construction and demolition waste, recently recognized in the Circularity Competition organized by the Valencian Institute of Building (IVE).

Dr. Murat Kirişci is a Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics, Cerrahpaşa Medicine Faculty at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. He received a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Erciyes University. His research has focused on the Matrix domain, statistical convergence, fixed-point theory, decision-making, fuzzy sets and systems, fuzzy logic, risk analysis, artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent systems, and optimization. He has contributed research papers to reputable journals and served as a reviewer for various scientific journals. Dr. Kirişci has 90 journal articles, 60 presentations at peer-reviewed scientific conferences, 11 book chapters, and 6 expert reports. He has conducted 275 peer reviews for scientific publications. In a Stanford University and Elsevier study, he was included in the list of "The World's Most Influential Scientists" for three consecutive years.
